Description: On 15th August 2026, we proudly celebrated the 80th Independence Day of India at St. Anthony’s English Medium School, Atkur with great enthusiasm, patriotism, and joy. The school campus was filled with the spirit of freedom and national pride as students, sisters, teachers, and parents came together to commemorate this special day.
The celebration began with the hoisting of the National Flag, followed by the singing of the National Anthem. Everyone stood together with pride and respect, remembering the sacrifices of our great freedom fighters who dedicated their lives to securing the freedom we enjoy today.
Our students presented a variety of patriotic songs, dances, speeches, and cultural programmes. The performances beautifully reflected the rich culture, unity, and diversity of our country. The special presentations by the students filled the gathering with patriotic spirit and reminded everyone of their responsibility towards our nation.
A special highlight of the celebration was the Bharat Mata presentation, which beautifully conveyed the message of love for our motherland, unity, peace, and national pride.
The programme was made successful through the sincere efforts of our sisters, teachers, students, and all the staff members who worked tirelessly both on and behind the stage. Their dedication and teamwork made the celebration memorable and meaningful.
